"beat up people at restaurants" is is a willfully misconstrued generalisation of this incident. Full stop. Nothing to argue further, Mr. Ant. pwnd. Bit of an irritating stalker and nit-picker, aren't you?
Nice diversion.
Not that I agree with E. Tud either, but I noticed you having a go at himin several topics now, unprovoked in this one, see #72.
Yes he is, he is also the little bitch of obsidian aka pai nai ma after he was ran of the forum by him and vowed never to return. He now denies that he said this as the posts have dissapeared in the MKP post bin.:ourrules:Quote:

He realy is a pox on teakdoor, I'm sure he must be managment at Thaivisa the way he is trying to destroy this forum.
How many posts do I need before I may refer to posts and comment on what I perceive? LOL
Oh, and you still made an ill-intended generalisation, and do not seem to be willing to admit you made a mistake - just like what you accused Mr. Tud of in the other thread. LOL
He beat the guy up after getting attacked himself did he, a case of self defence?Quote:
Thus demonstrating that Tud's behavious was correct
Surprised you didn't jump in as well. I guess your behaviour must have been incorrect.
It's a constant shame on Britain that some much drink fuelled violence is caused by out nationals abroad. And in Thailand, inevitably it's always in bars full of prostitues, usually over some girl's honour.
Of course you know the Thais weren't surprised by it, they must see drunken farangs fighting in that soi all the time.
There's no required limit but you might want to be a bit more circumspect in commenting authoratively on things you obviously have no idea about. Err, LOL.
And your unprovoked having a go at me, stalking and nit-picking is tedious. Oh look, see what I did there?
Anyways I must apologise as I've somehow given you the mistaken impression that I actually give a toss what you think. So sorry, but I don't.
Yawn ... at it again Ant?
Good luck.
Mr. Ant, You remind me of a frog pumping himself full of air to look bigger. LOL
Hang on, you were blaming lack of 'adaptation' a while ago.

Ant's juvenile respose to being pulled up...
Makes perfect sense to me and it is about adaption. I posted on this in the first page of this topic, same thing really. This kind of problem with suppliers is par for the course in Thailand, therefore you need more back up suppliers to counteract it, more than you would need in the UK doing a similar business. This is the adaption you have to make.
Not rocket science is it Chairman.
Yeah... Ant, drbob, dr.andy and Eng. Noodles certainly don't come across as the intelligent types.
The offender was being violent and agressive to Tud, myself, female staff and the owner, whom he punched to the ground, breaking his spectacles (IIRC) and causing a head injury.
I did - see above.
The offender was American.
They had first hand experience of it an hour later, as the offender decided to steal drinks from and attack the Thai motorcycle bar at the end of the street.
So what point were you making again?
This is a bit different from the first report I saw on the incident. In that report the guy didn't pay for his drinks, was being insulting to staff, management and yourselves and tried to get one of the girls to pay for his meal or something.Quote:

Now the guy seems to have beaten up the owner and violently attacked Tud, before Tud managed to defend himself.
Maybe I got the first report of this incident mixed up, I will go have a look for it now. I assume it's my mistake and it will match perfectly.
He already had other suppliers B.
You've never challenged me on anything I've said. Feel free to though, right here and I'll justify it all.
Whining like this you mean:Quote:
You just, as with the many other things in life you can't deal with it, fall back on whining.

Put up or shut up. I can't say fairer than that.
Then why did he wait four months before he managed to sardonically bring up his complaint at a regular meeting? Couldn't he have got on their case a lot sooner about this, or used one of his other back up suppliers?
Of course, if that's the case.
I'd put that down to poor business acumen. Not lack of adaptation, or having to put up with a local imbecile.
My apologies bkka, it wasn't your initial report I read, it was from EmperorTud.
And this is your version of events, which curiously enough you didn't bring up at the time.Quote:
The guy refused to pay his bill, repeatedly. He was warned, repeatedly, then tried to leave without paying, and insulted me and my friends.
Perhaps you are not describing the same incident. I'm not sure how many fights you lads get into every month, it probably get's confusing for you.Quote:

ps. when I was talking about Brits being violent in prostitute bars in Thailand, I wasn't talking about the guy who didn't pay his bill.
The owner in question was at a dinner at Timber's, along with myself, Marmite, Minime and Hillbilly. The facts are not in question here. In fact the only matter at hand is the reason why certain posters felt the necessity to stalk and flame Tud over this and on this thread, which had nothing to do with the incident.
