After FIL died, about 15 years ago now, we had to choose a grave altar. As we were looking a grasshopper jumped onto the wife, then me, and then onto one of the altars. That's the one we had to have. The grasshopper came back with us and stayed in the house for a while, which was quite a relief for wife and MIL. It was also a food item that was crossed off the list...

Yes I knew him. I used to drink with him and enjoyed his company. Contrary to being openly racist he never talked about his beliefs. He was a white S African and we never discussed anything that may have been interpreted as be racist. He was a genuinely nice guy who was shit on, from high, by his Thai wife.
