In Nam I got one hell of a Jock itch, packed the jockeys in my go home bag and there they stayed.
When ever I am in the tropics it is always as a swinger, but like Thetyim says, have to be careful when getting on me bike, awful uncomfortable setting on the nut sack for very long at a time.
