Had some bastard in Taipei pour paint stripper over the tank of my motor bike.
Was the only "round eye " living in a 99.999% Chinese area with my Taiwanese lady and got on great with them - including the fairly benign local "Mafia"- I used to buy them a few beers and let them practice their "Chinglish" with me.
They found the culprit- he was a pissed off local youth who fancied my lady I understand- sorted him out and "persuaded" his parents to have my bike restored.

not in thailand, but did get 4 tyres on my car slashed one time, coupla kids getting their kicks i guess.

As for the rock thing, one time I found that someone had unscrewed my front break assembly on my motorcycle. I think it was an old girlfriend.
