    Mrs LoomB returns

Mrs. LoomB came back on Sunday. It seems that She thought I was going on a visa run, had packed a small bag, with all my papers and a few clothes, I hadn't missed, and left it back where the bags live, on top of the wardrobe. She then went to see a different SIL and did not bother to check the date. I was too happy to be mad, if you see what I mean, and we spent a few hours releasing caged birds, and some worried looking fish, at the local Temple.

Due to the fact that BIL had not paid for the internet and the earth man has been for a few days, I have not had the chance to even see the computer, let alone play on it. So, I would like to thank everyone for their kind words of advice, their sympathetic greens and their PM's. It's nice to get some feedback from people with experience of wandering womenfolk. I am so glad, in this instance, that it was a misunderstanding and not the real thing. I am also very glad that I did not do anything rash.

Thanks again, everyone, you're a great bunch.

The trick is loom is to act like you don't give a fluck, its just a test after all.
Over two yrs ago when my wife found out I had another daughter with Mia Noi understandably she was well pissed and said she was leaving, I said well if you must and enthusiastically helped pack her bag.
She took off and every hr rang to see how the daughters were doing.
Do they miss me? not much I said, "do you want to talk to Mummy?" no! was the reply we are watching televison.
You know kids are, like as long as the Disney channel is still going and they get fed occasionally, they really don't give a toss if both parents are gone.
It went on for two days and then she rang to say I'm coming home, well being as I am, I was gracious in Victory and welcomed her with open arms, but she knows now, if it ever happens again, don't bother coming back.
    Perfect harmony ever since.

^^ Good advice, thanks a lot, and there's me thinking it was all because I had asked for a thermometer to see how hot it was.

Cheers Norton, I think we are all ok now.

Not really sure it was a misunderstanding. Poor dear probably couldn't bear the thought of having to put up with all us TDers at the Korat piss up and decided to do a runner for a few days.

I hadn't thought of that but it sounds most unlikely. She does find too much English talk a little boring though.

Just to avoid confusion, you're happy about this, right?

I have trouble working things like this out sometimes...

H'mm, from Korat? Maybe she bumped into a few of the blokes on the TD pissup, and realised she didn't have it so bad after all.

When I went to the Korat TD pissup, my wife thought I had left for good. She had a garage sale and sold all my cassette tapes and blacklight posters. I got home just as some bloke with a really broad smile was packing my porn collection into the basket of his honda wave. Cost me 2,000 baht to get it back. The sod only paid 700 for it.

    Glad things are peachy LB.

She rang me and was asking 1000 Bt for it, but personally not really into that Horse and Donkey porn, now if you had a decently proper collection of Romneys at it, I may have had some interest.
