Thread: Left home - how old?

I left for University at age 18, but moved "back home" for a few months at a time when I was in my 20's.

Left for university aged 19, and my folks' home never felt like my real home again. I lived with them for summer holidays and for 3 months while I was looking for a place of my own after graduation.

I was 17. Had trouble with my dad, as he was pretty dumb when I was younger. He didn't get smart until I got older.

Left home at 18 to go to University. Did that for 8 years. Then came to Thailand. Spent a few couple of month spells staying with Mum and Dad over the years. I tend to wear my welcome out quickly.

I was 2 when I left home.Crawled down the road to the Pub,had a few pints,game of pool and a 1Lb T-Bone steak.(It was imperial back then....)

Me? I've had a full-time job since I was six.
