Unhappy A cure for lethargy needed

Despite having a lovely deep 10hr sleep, I am finding it difficult to get motivated - could this be because I am spending too much time in my apartment and not getting enough exercise and vitamin D?

I hate feeling lazy like this, it's like being tired but without the tiredness - would going for a jog or a swim help?
"I'm an outsider by choice, but not truly. It's the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out. I'd rather be in, in a good system. That's where my discontent comes from: being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin' straight ahead. Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."

A good meal, something like a high end hotel buffet will do the trick.

I've not been drinking, I've been working from home too much.

My joints are stiff and my skin is pale and pallid.

A good meal, something like a high end hotel buffet will do the trick.
My diet is always good, very good - lots of fruit and veg, meat carbs and water.

You need some speed. Buy it now, the price is sure to go up once the killings start tomorrow.

Get a REAL job, then you'll have something to do that's productive. May even cause you some stress which will over-rice the dawdles.

    ^ A real job?

What, and not be self employed getting cash for what I love and do best?

It's ok now anyway, I think I just had editors block. I did a load of push ups and squats, had a cold shower and I'm ok now.

I really think I need to get out more.

    As the Doc says:

Change drugs, the Xanax and Heineken are keeping you down.

10 hours sleep is one problem. It's way too much. Your body thinks it's hibernating.

You have to get into a regular routine and stick to it. You mustn't have more than 8 hours sleep a night; 7 is probably better. No napping during the day either.

If you're feeling a bit sleepy late afternoon, go down to the pool or Tescos or something. Don't stay parked in your room.

If you done none of that and still complain, stick your tongue in an electricity socket and shut the fuck up.

Come on Scampi, I'm not trying to take the piss, just a bit of harmless fun.

I consider you a mate, rather than a guest when you stay here, so take all the banter in the way that it's meant, just that harmless banter.

Maybe we have to rename the lounge again, to remind everyone, "of the place for fun, a laugh and a joke and a bit of light hearted banter."

More Sangsom, less Xanax and Leo and we'll all be happy.

PS You COCK. and look out for the 220 volts

Thats a lot better than the 2 or 3 second reconsidering time before you hit the deck from the umpteenth floor of the condo !
