    I hope we all take a moment at 1:59:26pm today to reflect on the ways pi (3.1415926) has enriched our life.

    Yes, I always had difficulty calculating the circumference of a circle until one day I found out about the magic number Pi.

    I just can't get around the whole concept of Pi...but do understand pies..blueberry is my favorite after the ones with just a touch of downy soft red hair

    And if you speak French and want to easily remember pi up to 10 digits after the comma, use this sentence:

    "Que j'aime a faire connaitre un nombre utile aux sages"

    The number of letters in each word is the number (Que=3, j=1, aime=4...)

    Translation: " I'd like to make known a number useful to the wise"

    ^ My life is now complete!

    Why is pi so endlessly long? Is it because a sphere can never be precisely measured? Sort of like a number being constantly halved and never reaching zero?
