    Garden, Landscape & Building (Feedback).

I am in the process of putting together a new service for people in Bangkok and I would just want to get some feedback from all of the people on this forum .

For the past 5 years now I have relocated within Thailand numerous times and finally got the most reliable people to support me with plants, extra work on the home or town home and interior design and also landscaping.

If I had to start a service that includes all this into one place, whom of you would be interested in such an idea. Would like some comments from the public??
Let those who do not understand Fear me. Let those who understand me Fear themselves.

good idea if your targeting expats.. there are many thai "landscapers" around but from what i have seen of their work , there is not much originality.
how would you go with work permitts etc.???
would you be using thai labour.. or more of a do it yourself deal..

I know someone who might be interested, especially if you know someone who can fit-out condos properly.

    Condo's & More

Well let me put it this way, it is Thai labor but, with a farang behind and as i mentioned i have been through plenty of Thia people to get to the top of the cream!!!

Even if a job is finished i am able to call them back to fix small things at no extra or additional charge, so i have the plants, the renovators, the landscaper, the interior design and then for you who believe in Feng Shui.

I will try to post some photo's of the work that has been done to my home and previous homes. (How you upload photo's to the page??)

As you said there is plenty of people who do it but, it will be better with a bit of a professionals touch......

I will also say good luck. You are trying to crack a tough nut.

You might want to think what your market niche is.

Must admit they do look more like sanitary ware than barstools but might well be comfortable.
What does the lever do ?

Nice work. In a few years I expect to be interested in a construction manager in Nong Khai, not for design and garden so much, but to arrange for and wrangle the crews and to make sure things are done to my standards and taste and keep me from being ripped off. Is that what you have in mind?

    Very nice.

But I've never understood the 'having a bar at home' thing.
