There's a lot more to Little Feat than 'hillbilly music' , you have to listen carefully.

I describe them as the band that my friend with a horrible taste in music listened to. He also liked Dr Hook.

No doubt their influence can be heard in many. Almost impossible to categorizers given their ability to integrate country, rock, blues and jazz into a single package.

There was another group with like talent that preceded Little Feat by a couple of years, "The Band".
