Metal ones are better. I hated the plastic ones when they came out.

I think Keith "I hate Stickman" Summers has some kind of plastic injection molding kit in Nakhon Phanom.

He can probably even do figures with flashing LED eyes (or nipples)

There are many toy companies in Thailand that can make these. Unless you want a huge amount I think you will have a hard time finding anyone interested to manufacture at a price you can accept. Far more companies in China as well. How many do you think you will want?

Oddly enough the metal ones are more desired as collectibles. Especially the classic toy soldiers. I know a guy in Phuket who has a side business producing hand painted toy soldiers and he makes a fair amount of money at it. Sells mostly to adult collectors.

    Agreed.
I tried sourcing resin moulded model cars for a friend who buys them by the container load.
China was much cheaper and that was before the recent gains in the baht

That's their Washington State number. Painting factory is in Phuket but don't have number of hand. You may be able to reach them via this number. Their other business +6676254332
