It's a bright new day and I don't see any jail bars out my window for the moment only security bars so now I can divulge the underlying purpose and lay out my case for last nights DD confrontation, while this primarily pertains to my case it also relates to other people being accused here as well..

From the point of Strollers inaccurate and inflammatory accusations of my being an alter ego troll I was in defense of myself and my integrity without any prior provocation on my behalf..He just went right after me without justification..

Last night the only way to make a case in my defense against the threat of an unwarranted jail sentence once I was then singled out by DD as an instigator, was for me to turn that psychology around and make an example, in essence do a little role playing and though it pained me to no end to do so, I endured the role of Stroller the bipolar and took on the big dog, the Chief Magistrate in this Teak Door justice system..

The comments I made from that point on were all to make the case and the case they did make.. I made intentional comments about issues that were personal to him that I knew would rile the hair on the scruff of his neck to see if he was able to rise above the vilification, demeaning, negative, types of treatment and childish, provocative comments that other posters suffer at the keyboard of posters such as Stroller the bipolar..

Let the record show that he very quickly went on the defensive..Your tone and demeanor showed almost immediate irritation with colorful expletives and then he reverted to a personal attack on my current financial circumstances along with numerous other personal comments and challenges to my knowledge and integrity.

No longer was he the revered Chief Magistrate but rather a common man with feelings and personal struggles that he deals with on a daily basis and he then unleashed those stresses with both barrels on me..

My case here should be obvious by now but in case it isn't I am going to summarize.

In the face of unrelenting persecution and antagonism such as posters like Stroller display....Anyone......Anyone, who has the slightest bit of pride, personal self esteem or self confidence is going to rise up and defend themselves against such antagonistic, personal, childish, provocative, dismissive, negative, baseless and patronizing comments such as what he makes in nearly every thread he posts in..

And then while Ant can be, and has been, a pain in the arse at times, even with me he at least has been man enough to see some positive in some of my posts whether he agrees with me entirely or not and has shown his respect with repo and some public comments and I have never really felt stalked by him unlike Butterfly and Stroller who have never been man enough to give anything but grief and showed their contempt at any and in some cases every post I have made.

I have had my tiffs with other posters here and in the end after an exchange of views even Jet has been man/woman enough ;) to make peace (sorry to single you out Jet it is frail attempt at humor in a more serious topic)and share some lighthearted and sometimes even heated tit for tat but be able to move past it in the end and take the next thread or post at it's face value and begin again with a new paint brush..All of course with the exception of the above mentioned posters but even more so Stroller...

Even after I showed my quality of character and attempted to throw out an olive branch yesterday to Stroller the next post he made was dismissive and provocative as if he can't live without the conflict. And the repo as Ant said is ancillary it's the intent and the provocation behind it that is the issue..

There are numerous times when Ant gets gang banged too and I can tell you that happens to me and I won't tolerate it anymore than anyone else would who has one once of dignity, pride or self esteem.. When that happens (and I'm not advocating TV style mod here) but after a few posts to allow some banter and pissing someone needs to at minimum remind the posters of their responsibilities and suggest that the thread take a different tact..

When you get some one like Stroller he has to be publicly chastised or he won't take notice, if you take his side he just gets jazzed and turns threads into MKP junk in short order..

Now the challenge is to you as Chief Magistrate to be fair minded, level headed and impartial (unlike was displayed to me last night) putting aside anything that Stroller has done for this forum in the past and take the necessary action for it's future..

All that remains to be seen now is if you deem yourself to be above your own bylaws or are subject to them yourself as well.

Because based on last nights confrontation with me if people like myself are subject to incarceration due only to being the victims of and defending themselves against personal attacks, childish, provocative, dismissive, patronizing and demeaning tones and comments by net bullies who would not dare to say such things openly to your face.

This I believe is the key here, if someone would consider conducting themselves with the same level of decorum and courtesy (or not, if they really have the balls to do so) in accordance with how they would in their daily lives then much of this would never occur, since most would not be so bold were it not for the anonymity that this media provides.. If defending ones self against these sort of unfettered attacks while defending themselves, their pride and integrity than it seems that by the standard that you seem to be considering holding the victims too, than YOU are guilty of the same offense and also in need of some jail time as well...

Props did you read any of the previous posts before this one?There's in lies your answer. Then read my most recent explanation for last nights confrontation and while I paid a heavy price personally for making my case it is a point that was warranted and necessary, but really not personal, there was an intended angle..
