^ Righto, so not only are you a coward you're also a liar. No surprises there then.
Another thread going right down the drain I see.
it was a guaranteed troll magnet from the outset.Quote:

I know i do.
there's plenty of other forums on the board that you can look at when you want to.
I maintain that this is the best forum overall to get serious answers to serious questions from computer advice to hotel and restaurant recommendations.
i see no reason why they can't continue to co-exist.
To be fair it is possible to turn off the navigation barQuote:

true, i have very little in my firefox bar.
find all those explorer icons very hard on the eye and mostly un necessary.
You are wonderfully predictable. When faced with the inarguable truth you resort to name calling.
You could have let this go but your OCD disallows that option.
You want to bash others members over the issue yet cant take it yourself without resorting to name calling.
I'll refrain from repeating some of my other astute observations regarding you because you just fucked yourself.
Now go to your corner. mama has the cocoa ready.:)
aren't you ever the hypocritical bastard.Quote:

And last word indeed. If such a thing were true then we wouldn't be debating this right now would we. I would've had the 'last word' at some point or the other. Are you sure your 'last word' is not more a reflection of the 'last post' that you choose to read?
Could be. Although I doubt that somehow.Quote:

Construction.... Just love to watch projects that others endeavor to accomplish
Farming/gardening ... as a photographer I'm interested in bugs and flowers and I like growing veggies
Living In..... lots of good info in that one. Had a great run there myself and got lots of nice comments.
Thailand... news... obvious.... DD's penchant for Pattaya gore.
Thailand travelers.... some great pictorials on travel in and around Thailand
Food and Drink.... I like to cook and am interested in anything related
That covers all the 'daily' requirements. I usually look at who the originating poster is as well as the specific subject to see how far I want to go in the thread.
The regional forums I peruse on occasion.
The Lounge gets a look see, again I look at originating poster to qualify my interest.
Member's only ..... a wealth of sometimes funny and interesting subjects.
Computer news on occasion.
I decided early on that Issues was not for me. It seemed to be highly motivated by emotions running amok rather than discussion. My take only... so I don't read it.
I've seldom seen a lot of really off kilter slagging of folks. OK, occasionally there is a little in the Lounge but nothing that would cause me to stop viewing.
Issues seems to generate a lot of animosity on occasion, its easy to see why with an anonymous forum.
Overall TD is a great resource of knowledge put forth by folks that have "generally" lived here long enough to have some credibility. As for Mods, I've never had the occasion to deal with them. perfect, in the background doing what they are charged to do.

Absolutley. It is though, for each member to comply as an individual to the general ethos of the board as the absence of heavy handed moderation promotes self moderation.Quote:

Fair enough. My point is that you might want to let them know that as well, I can't be held responsible for their actions anymore than I can your perceptions of me.Quote:

I also hereby reserve the right to point out with annoying frequency the instances of others responding to crap being posted with a self-righteous and haughty "Ah ha!".
How many countless times have we tried to reason with Ant before and tell him to not respond to posts designed to wind him up, and always successfully so.
Remember the whole thread about whether he should stay or go. A lot of us gave him sensible advice on this very matter.
No way to change this character.
I'm sure most everyone agrees that they should give it a break, but it aint going to happen.
blokes have all got some in built argumentative name calling gene.
