I can't enlarge either. Just a guess, but I don't think that's an eye - maybe an ovum (egg from mammal)?

BTW, don't think the handle's long enough to be a snake grabber, but no idea what it is.

Ovum looks promising but not found a match yet .

Why is the stick white ? And the red/orange ends , are the colours giving a clue ? There is nothing to indicate scale so it could be the size of a needle or as big as a tree ?

Number 9 looks like a key of sorts. The kind that undoes the cap of the septic toilet tanks.

    To zoom a webpage
On the bottom right of the Internet Explorer screen, click the arrow to the right of the Change Zoom Level button .
    Do one of the following:
To go to a predefined zoom level, click the percentage of enlargement or reduction you want.
To specify a custom level, click Custom. In the Percentage zoom box, type a zoom value, and then click OK.

    Notes

If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the CTRL key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
If you click the Change Zoom Level button , it will cycle through 100%, 125%, and 150%, giving you a quick enlargement of the webpage.
From the keyboard you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press CTRL+PLUS SIGN. To zoom out, press CTRL+MINUS SIGN. To restore the zoom to 100%, press CTRL+0.

The rod with caps makes me think of something related to an antenna or could it be one of those things you attach to car bumpers in pairs to somehow mark your distance from a wall or object when you are parking.

The rod is used to place/remove clothes on lines. Popular in Asia.

The stick thing looks expandable, and the rubber tip at one end suggests that that end will rest on the ground. Let more awake minds take it from here...

Are the colours a clue ? White and red/orange ends ? Medical ?

The question says ...' for what ? ' , so just have to know what would you do with it , not what its called ?

    It is bugging me !
