Currently staying at Shagwell Mansions in Soi Arunothai in Pattaya Klang {top[ spot if you are looking for a decent place to stay}.

Just curious what is happening in Pattaya Monday night. Anything interesting afoot guys, please let me know

Yea, thats my worry too, going to the Issarn get together and the shame of slinking off to bed with my daughters at 10 pm would be too much to bear.
Over the last 4 yrs or so, I am not much of a late nighter, partly because I normally get up at 5 am, sad old fvcker that i am.

The 1st one involves cutting a ribbon for a new library for the school in my wife's village. Got the building but still no books.

I'm leaving CM on 31st to party with my aunts, uncles and cousins in Phichit. We will probably just drink, sing Karaoke until midnight or longer. Hmmm... it's gonna be fun!

I, also, will be here, for a little while. Then i will be on the streets, as usual, dressed in black, blending with the shadows, on a high place, watching for the fireworks. I will be feeling, as usual, happy and glad to be alive for another year.

Going to a pub with a few friends. If it's noisy, going back to one friend's flat to watch the fireworks. But, I'm the same as BH and PeterP, I usually start fading about 10ish. Don't want to be on the roads after midnight either.
I always worked in nightclubs when I was a student and we all hated NY's eve, coz that's when all the cheap charlies came out. Expect lots of complaints, a quarter of your regular tip take, and orders for club sodas and a few beers. Gimme the Oilers anyday.

Seeing my wife off at the airport and then partying with my kids till their bedtime at 9pm.

If I am still awake I might crack a beer and go stand on the roof to watch the fireworks.

will watch the kiddies version of new years (fireworks at 9.00pm) cos next day will be heading off to the new year horse races at Hanging Rock!
