Who were your 3 greatest influence?

Being the quiet reflective kind of guy that I am, I often find myself contemplating the great questions of life almost every day.

Recently I've been looking back over my life and thinking..
"What the fuck was that all about?"

Why am I the person that I am?

After long hours of deep thought I had a revelation, not influenced by Jim Carrey's 'Cable Guy', but now I see myself as being heavily influenced by strong characters I came to know and love as a youngster watching American TV.

I realised that these TV stars had a profound effect on my life. They helped me model myself on success and charm. Perhaps I'm nothing more than an amalgam of their personalties.

My top three influences, in no particular order are..

    Maxwell Smart.

    Gomez Addams.

    Quinton McHale.

    Who might your influences be?

Quality PC. When I saw the title I thought...well everyone will be putting like family and teachers and shit....I'll put some TV stars and be well funny! So imagine my surprise when I clicked on it and saw that's what you'd done.

    I'd have to go for:

BJ McKay (and his best friend Bear)

Colt Seavers (and Howie a little bit)

And then it's a toss up with Templeton Peck/Starbuck and Buck Rogers???

Although David Addison did make me the man I am today, that was later.

It would seem that we do...

I have always fancied writing a screen play about the great man. Would make for great entertainment. Brought Turkey into the modern world. Banned Fezez and burkas long before the French had the idea. I'm surprised you admire him is all mate.

I only switch them on ajarn when a username gets 500 or 1000.

I thought Cage was brilliant in that movie. I've read that in some of the scenes he was really drunk, as he wanted to get into character.

I though Elizabeth Shue was superb, as well.

That moves give a feeling....one of those empty-like feelings.
