I have no experience with these things at all. I’m thinking of using them in my luggage when I travel. Maybe put one on my car.
Are they worthwhile? What do you use them for?
Apple makes them as well as Samsung and others. What’s the difference?

Suggest use one compatible with your primary phone system android or Apple.
A friend of mine in SF worked on these I think its basically a GPS trackable SIM but I may be wrong, usually am.Plenty of tech geeks who'll be along .
There's a couple concelaed on Socal's motorcycle
I use Smart Tags
I removed the present location for obvious reasons
They are great!
Yeah. Samsung and Apple tags are not compatible. Didn’t think of that.
I use an IPhone so either I have to stick with the Apple tags or something that works with it.
I think tile trackers work with both.
I have an iPhone and use air tags in my cars and luggage. Work perfectly for me.
Batteries have to be changed every couple of years no biggie.
I’m going with the Apple tags. The Find My app works a charm and air tags would be an extension of that.
Looking into the prices of all, there is very little difference.
You will enjoy the tags. It’ll ring for you telling you where you misplaced an item.
While traveling you can find out if your luggage is on the same plane or if the airline placed it on a quicker flight to the final destination.
Best thing is security (hide your tags in your luggage or car). You’ll always know where those tags are located.
I asked whatshername if I could place a tag in her car.
Her answer: Nope
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
The one thing my wife and I mislay the most is our phones, so we don't bother with the tags, just have location finder on each phone.
For me, it is just a matter of putting the phone down without thinking around the house and we can just call it from the other one.
My wife has left hers in numerous places, which has caused a couple of panics, but we've managed to retrieve it each time.
I might put one in the car in Thailand in case it gets nicked.
