It may be near, but in London just a couple of streets can make a big difference. Plumstead is down near the river, in the old swamps, although the Common is more classy

Plumstead is typical suburbia offering rows of Victorian terraces. Shooters Hill and Plumstead Common provide the nicest properties and green space.

prices are still high though, as in all London
