Stop off in a park after dropping the kid and do some leisurely laps for an hour, before enjoying a quieter and more enjoyable drive home.

^^ Leisurely laps in the morning?

I want your life... apart from the anxiety and panic attacks.

Maybe you just have too much spare time and think too mutt?

Picnic at the lagoon with a lovely lady from Luzon

    Where did you go today?-20230827_163705-jpg

We moved to get out of the wind and stay in the sun

    Where did you go today?-20230827_170301-jpg

I had a chat on the phone with this lady 3.5 years ago. She stays quite far down in NSW

We have been texting once every 6-12 months since then and I did not hold out much hope of ever meeting her until she messaged today out of the blue saying she was passing through the GC and to meet up

    Where did you go today?-20230827_170350-jpg

She let massage her feet while she had a siesta in the shade of my beach-brolly

    Where did you go today?-20230827_171527-jpg

My massaging was allowed proceed all over her body and up her skirt to her buttocks (but not inside her knickers) so I was like a dog with a salivating boner after half an hour of this.

She was so nice I was tempted to lick her feet. Alas I could not persuade her to come stay overnight before returning home.

    Where did you go today?-20230827_171824-jpg

I could feel myself falling in love with this woman after only 2 hours in her company. I wish she lived a bit closer. Being so far away who knows when or if I will see her again.

You know the tissue damage is deep when the bruise appears on the other side of your hand.

My right hand is in full working order, thankfully after the visit of Miss Luscious Luzon.

1 week later and the bruising stretches 3 inches up my wrist from the point of impact. Still very stiff and painful.

    Where did you go today?-20230828_055303-jpg

My whole body seemed to go into an Edmond-esque state of traumatic shock for a few days. I did not realise that localised physical injury could do that. It is only now starting to recover.

Dear Loopy never seen a guy so often scarred, perchance a gimp suit might spare your flushes, the new velcro crotches for ever ready instant thrust on tight curves, and stain resistant kevinlar as used by astronutz

Is the moustache game from the nice and easy era before they would have been boycotted and imprisoned for including Hitler?

Somehow I never really imagined armstrong enjoying much moustache-related family jollity.

Though I dare say he could do a passable Freddie Mercury impression.

Awesome photos, Looper! That whale pic is amazing!!!

That moustache game looks interesting, Armstrong! Funny the things you can find at a thrift shop. lol

Heading here in a few.. my gym is more like a hotel. Movati Athletic... it is gigantic.. has two pools a whole woman's only section with their own pool/weight room, and unisex pool, cardio, weight room and a hot yoga studio, spinning studio, and coed studio.

I only have a pic from the outside, but I'll take some inside someday.

^ A box of low kcal granola bars says unisex.

    Eying up the boys.

Girl must have a 22 inch waist with all this gym and raw veg salad dinners.

I’m struggling to get my head around the dynamics of having a female only pool and a unisex pool.

Are trannies allowed in the female pool?

Does a woman in the unisex pool mean she is available?

Should women respectfully stay out of the unisex pool?

Is the water kept at different temperatures?

Do they have different coloured pool noodles?
    Lang may yer lum reek...

I gifted it to a mate who has a wonderful beard, a love of games, and more friends than I to play with.

im not sure about that one but the reason why they have a woman’s only is because sometimes women feel more comfortable working out around women, either because they don’t have men ogling them or grunting in the weight room or body image issues. I like the woman’s only because it is smaller and easier to get around the weight room than the massive unisex area. I use the woman’s only pool as I do aqua aerobics a lot. I see men in the classes like spinning and hot yoga.

Impressive looking gym MM but I think TD needs some inside shots to fully understand this female gym segregation arrangement
