Aw, that sucks, mm. Do you have any of them digitally or just paper photos?
I also seemed to have misplaced pics my dad gave me this past year of cherished memories of his grandparents and my family. I looked everywhere, but can't seem to find them. Those pictures are hard to replace. I also had many photo albums stored in my mom's basement with many memories, and someone stole all the stuff in her basement this past year and they are all gone. So, I know what you mean. I have more of the my last ten years digitally saved which can't be lost.

Back to South Georgia, too photos many really - i went down there twice and the cold is brutal with a wind - back then it was early days on rechargeable batteries, no mobile phone cameras and between shots you had to shove the camera into the inside of your jacket or the batteries just drained in minutes.

nah, 25%. The Capt wanted to use the main gun too and he did after satcoms with the admiralty in the UK for permission, he got 5 rounds

Quality shots. Curious to know what kind of camera/lens you were using?

Yep, they are excellent pics. Did you mention how long ago this was?
