I'll give the sea a miss thank-you very much. Perhaps I can go and take a dip at Blackpool Beach.

If you just swim in the Fylde which will be really cold go on tram North to Rossal or nearby Celevely's much nicer beach, a better class of mobility scooter drivers and a few cafes. If I had to reside in Lancashire there or Lancaster and Furness as mentioned by another poster, If you may need a few months lots of holiday parks chalets which will be far nicer than the cities . Blackpool pleasure beach I was told is like Pattaya without the pleasure, gaudy cheap and full of sausage munching wastrels. You can get to Fleetwood, Cleveleys and Rossal by alighting at Poulton-le-Fylde train station and grab a bus or can as I do its about a tenner to Rossal, tho fuel has hiked since i was there in 2017.

The recent higher cost of heating may be a factor, in renting, a large draughty place with winds of the Pennines could mean your heating is almost as much as rent.

If you said that to my face I'd be inclined to deck you, Bellend.

Lucky escape there Simon, thankfully the vinegar was forth coming.

If there's no vinegar available then you are supposed to use urine.

I got stung by a blue bottle at Coodgie beach, fvckrr left a burn.like scar around my ankle where it wrapped around in the surf.

Usually boxes are only seen in numbers during the rainy season as the winds push the currents inland or something like that. A few tourists have died on Phangan, I think all in Tong Nai Pan area.

    Get well soon!

I consider myself very, very lucky. It is not my time to die - I have too much still to do

^A priest said something similar in one of the sermons that I remember. You (or a person) didn't die because your mission on earth is not yet complete.

So Simon, maybe you shouldn't complete things too fast, else you may be taken soon!

I was stung by irukanji when I was about 27-28 and fit and healthy - about 20 of the fcukers on my hands and upper arm - I just became more of a weird cnut afterwards

by the time I got to the medical centre there was nothing they could do for me as I just threw up all medications - I had a bit over 12 hours of total body muscular pain and violent outbursts of profanity - I do know now why they kill kids and old people

What a story Simon. Glad your still with us.

TD would not be the same without its intrepid globe-trotting silicone-doll molestor and decapitator extraordinaire. Get well soon sir.

Indeed, you need to work on the chatroom-conversation brain-module for the next Japanese Miss Yumi-Fuki-san robot doll
