I don't know the tech behind mirroring, I'm not sure it would add any value and I think you might need to be the TD keyholder to set it up anyway.

Many people use their phones for Internet access now and TD needs some work here, IMHO. I cannot easily post pictures in the correct orientation, when I read posts one third of most pictures is off-screen, the buttons are too small for my fingers and, as we know, it is running slowly again. This last problem was fixed briefly, it must be fixable again.

Would be a shame to see the forum go, it's a nice way to stay in the loop for us away from Thailand and plenty of good advice and threads for those in Thailand.
Met a few posters for beers from the forum and it's always been a pleasant experience. I'd be happy to have a couple of Leos with most posters. For the most part, it's a friendly place to post and socialize online. A sanity saver during lockdowns for sure.

Could creating a mirror be the way forward, then if the existing excitement of this Xzyte-site ends our community can survive?

A very similar name be helpful so appears in google near this in Alexa rankings, I'm sure our regulars can throw in a few bucks for the rental.

The struggles are obvious and have been discussed within these halls......the interim and sub-managers have yet to secure the keys/codes to the mainframe.
Either they're not capable of such tasks or have no desire to seek a permanent hold.

The telltale signs are there with each passing month.

If each member pitched in a few hundred baht (say $20) surely that's enough to host a site for year outside LOS where LM etc could be an issue

In the old torrent sites there were often mirrors with same name but different country ending like KAT ?
