1 Don't drink
2 If damage done drink copious water before bed
3 On awakening drink more water, then more water or elctrolytes
4 Have a sober person prep something solid
I recommend a raw egg tabasco and lime "refresher" but joke, rice, spuds, cereal to soak up and balance the grog.
Avoid loud places, kids, dogs dressed as women and women dressed as dogs.
Then the Ulster Fry or similar
Which is basically anything friable fried
OJ and a stiffy (doppio espresso for me)
Then once re-valved 2 paracetemol and brisk exercise
If playmates unwilling equally plastered, run jog cycle or swim
You will still feel like me but at least better than just lean back and wallow
Once retuned have a pithy response , like I have people to that sort of thing
