Looks a bit like RY Britannia but no.
If England stops north of Oxford it’s somewhere else.

REFILE - "Relaxed" Putin awes German bakery with visit | The Star

    By Iain Rogers

    Oct 11 2006

DRESDEN, Germany (Reuters) - A "relaxed" Russian President Vladimir Putin ducked into a small Dresden bakery for a cup of coffee and a glance at the local newspaper, obviously at home in the city where he worked as a KGB spy.

Bakery manager Alexandra Gaertner said he walked into her Wiener Feinbaecker cafe for a cup of coffee costing 1.90 euros and a 99-cent walnut pastry on Wednesday. Russian President Vladimir Putin holds a cup of coffee in a bakery shop in Dresden October 11, 2006. (REUTERS/ITAR-TASS/PRESIDENTIAL PRESS SERVICE) "I couldn't believe it when he walked in but he spoke excellent German and I could understand him very well," Gaertner, 36, told Reuters on Thursday. "He had a very calm aura and seemed totally relaxed."

He met some old guy on the street too. But the whole clip is gone.

I cannot tell a lie. I just used Google Image Search to find that photo of Putin! You really need to use a photo that hasn't been published on the internet, (which is rather difficult).

Kroc opens his first McDonald's in Des Plaines, Illinois on April 15. The attention getting red and white tiled building with the Golden Arches was designed by architect Stanley Meston in 1953. First day sales are $366.
