Unless it has moved in the last three years, or someone has cloned it and the location, it's Vikingen Island, Norway. The Arctic Circle passes directly through Vikingen Island, hence the small monument. That means you can see the midnight sun from this island.

It was a silly guess in 2 centuries I've spent about 20m on Thai coasts

Both Cha Am/Hua Hin Mrs said sea too cold

Songhkla she said too empty

Phuket never saw the beaches but an eye opening honeymoon in possibly one of Simons Love-Motels! Then flew to Oman where she said Sea was too Warm. Built a pool wrong shape etc etc.
