    Unless you just need gravy, in which case you just add powder or granules to hot water and maybe throw in some fried onions or make it all together in a frying pan.

    We definitely don't use baked beans.. but using curds is the key to a great poutine along with the gravy. Add some bacon on top and you got a great poutine.

    Yes, peameal bacon it is also called or back bacon. You don't see a lot of it sold in breakfast shops. Most people are still eating regular bacon. Peameal bacon is healthier though.

    Sorry for the late reply... but no, it is dough stretched out and deep fried. They then add sugar/cinnamon and other sweet toppings. Cinnamon and sugar is the original they started with. People normally pick one up while skating on our long canal in the winter with hot chocolate. I have one about once a year.. .
