    Nana Nora's Irish Stew

    Apparently this lovely old lady passed away recently after gaining some measure of Facebook fame for posting her traditional Irish recipes.

    I used the Googles to find her recipe for Irish Stew, but it takes a bit of listening.

    Well that was crap wasn't it. I can show you how to make a better Irish stew than that.
    Mind you, looks like she's taken great care of that cooker. 60 years? Bloody hell.

    I'd have thought harriet about as likely to make this as to open an advice centre for distressed 'chinkie' visitors to Chiang Mai.
