Well revenge porn is illegal for starters. No permission was granted and victim advised him of intended police action.

Not sure how it can be revenge porn if it isn’t posted online and no one has seen it. He didn’t threaten to put in in public. He just said he would show the woman’s son.

Which, btw, he won’t have to do now anyway. There is no way word of this radio program won’t get back to the woman’s son.

Sending the pic to the son is enough. Surely you see that as revenge porn.
