But you know Norts, it's a charged debate because of these insecure snowflakes who feel they need to be recognized and receive validation because a guy wants a Vagina and tits or the women who wants a dick and expects the world to accept them. Yeah. Fuck that.

It's always in the news in the US and people are sick of it(except the LBDTRRWQCVBNGTERSAW asshats). The discussion here on TD is quite sedate.

^ accepting them surely isn't the issue, accepting that they are in fact another gender, or an octopus, or whatever they have decided they identify as, and others need to treat them as that, is the joke part.

Oh they want to be accepted because when that happens they get special considerations as a new gender. F that. It's a choice they make. They can live on an island alone. My cousin who I stayed with in the states ( woman ) says this shit is out of control. She said the "Special" exceptions they want is ridiculous for such a small group of people struggling with their odd sexual requirements

Sure, accept them, not their beliefs.

Over the years in Thailand I have worked with many L and G, a couple of B and a few T. I only saw the general tolerance and acceptance collapse on one occasion. A very newly transitioned T (male to female) decided that they now had the right to use the ladies multi-stall bathroom. The Thai ladies at work were very upset (especially as there were single use, non-gendered bathrooms available).

Most men would not give a hoot if a F to M T used a male bathroom, competed against them in sports or shared a changing room. All of those are problematic for womens spaces (and this is the entirely reasonable position that Rowlings put forward).

It also gets into the position put forward by Jordan Peterson - how much am I obligated to accept your world view?

Should apply to all circles, yes? Regardless of extreme dispositions.
Nice in theory - but quite impossible in practice.

Be reassured that the majority is behind you and will watch your back in every restroom you frequent...you're safe, Stump...relax.

Thankfully this insanity will not stand the test of time. It probably won't get to that. Some time in the future , this regime will be overthrown by normal people.

Your simplicity is at it again. Creating nonsense where it isn’t really required.
No insanity and no regime exists outside your poor mind.

Theres probably no such thing as normal people either. Most people have tolerance, acceptance and understanding by the shedload. They don’t need to be forced into a choice, because anyone and everyone being different is part of the human condition.

Using your standards as a measure simply means that you are a bit backward when it comes to tolerance, understanding and acceptance. You just need to grow up a bit that’s all. That’s ok though. It just means you are a bit different like everyone else.

No seriously, the only poster who's been ok with this rainbow flag 381 definitions is Beachbound. A grand total of one poster in this thread thinks it's ok, with you it's two, everyone else thinks it's bullshit, and that pretty much sums it up.

How did Beachy respond to your Cocktails? 8-ish? pm?
