    Absolutely. A very flexible watch.

It did. I was shocked when in an idle moment I looked up prices for my Rolex, now running at USD25K and higher, with no gold involved. I've since stopped wearing it, I used to wear it everywhere including late nights in Soi4. No more. I wore it for 30 years, maybe time to sell.

I would hold it if I were you. Rolex cut production during covid, and they announced that they will not be resuming pre-lockdown production levels. The demand is very strong right now, so the watches are still climbing in value.

All the Rolex AD's have no watches in stock, and you have to go to the bottom of a very long waiting list.

Both, back in the day. I used to live in the depths of Nana, there are some nice houses down there and at that time the Tobacco Monopoly made it a cul-de-sac, so vey peaceful. You could drive into the 'entertainment plaza' and park there. Everything was behind closed doors then, no sitting outside anywhere. Happy days.

Fuck the AD's (or Boutiques as they like to be called these days ) I've never bought a watch from one and never would. It's like they're doing you a favour by selling you a Rolex, if you kiss their arse enough and are a repeat customer they *might* put you towards the top of the wait list. I've had 3 brand new Rolex watches valued for insurance at the Rolex shop on the Gold Coast Australia, which is where I had them delivered to while on holidays down there. The shop owner (Chinese/Australian) has asked on all 3 occasions where I bought from and nearly fallen to the the floor when I've told him what I paid (17 to 21% under retail) and from whom with immediate delivery times for watches he had no stock of. That guy would now be probably the biggest grey-market dealer in America.

Should anyone care or know or bookmark his site as a reference for what new/used Rolex are going for on the grey-market, my guy is David SW and at one time we were on a personal level of knowing each other's voice on the phone! He started out buying/selling 1 or 2 Rolex each week on The Rolex Forum Rolex Forums - Rolex Watch Forum where he made his reputation for being totally honest and customer orientated, and now he's got an online store selling God knows how many high-end watches a day worldwide DavidSW - Trusted Online Luxury Watch Sales

I've even sold watches back to him at good prices which took the minefield of getting ripped off selling online out of the equation, especially when in Thailand! Photos are exchanged, he offers a price, negotiations take place, a deal is struck, he emails the FedEx and insurance paperwork (pre-paid his end), the paperwork is printed and taken to the nearest FedEx shop, they attach it to the box the watch goes in, and David puts the money in your account within 12hrs of receiving the watch assuming the photos sent of it were representative of its condition. Couldn't be easier, might be of help to someone.

My experience as well, 30 years ago the AD gave me 25% off, now no discounts and you cannot even buy for retail.
You will be paying well above retail on the grey market.
