Lol, well since 'my body is a temple', I thought I might as well add some tattoos that might be found in a temple!

Count me among them, sigh. Well not quite, but my pot belly is a bit ocker these days. Hoping a bit of swimming and healthier eating will address this.

I have been following the 'eat-bugger-all-for-3-months' diet. It is working. I simply ensure that I get enough nutrients and water/green tea into my body to stay healthy each day, and then for the 'food energy' that my body needs - well, it can grab that from my stored food energy (ie fat). So I am very calorie-deficient (but not nutrient-deficient), but still feel very 'fresh', not faint or anything after I jog each morning.

I am frankly amazed at how much fat is hiding on my body, and I have never been a fat git. I will continue this diet until my abs look good (they are visible and daily plank/push-ups etc help them to grow a little). But I will stop this diet if my ribs etc start sticking out! Luckily so far, the fat that's coming off is on my belly.

Do you keep track of your bodyfat %?

Abs typically become visible at around 15%

Which, according to the chicks I've chatted to, is the most attractive % to be (presuming you also have some muscle as in the above pic.)

I'm in the 14% region - Abs are visible, but still a little fat to lose. My waist has gone from 34 inches to 31 inches and my trousers now fall down....

I am sure Mis Simon likes that.
I mean the abs, not the pans falling down part.

Alas, there is no Ms Simon. And Candy never said anything about my body. Sometimes she made me so angry I could cut her head and limbs off.......

If it is your dog, I hear , though I have no first hand experience (crap wrong choice of word) that peanut butter works out well.
