My weight has been hovering around 74Kg for the past couple of years. That might not sound much, but my body is best described as 'compact and wiry' (and of course, very sexy..).
Anyway, I decided to remove the excess flab by doing more exercise and cutting down drastically on my calorie intake so that my body would start to convert stored fat energy into ATP (growing/moving energy). I made sure that I ate foods that maintained a suitable level of nutrients, proteins etc.
Anyway, after about 3 months of jogging 5km every morning and this diet, I've dropped from 74 Kg to about 61 Kg. My abs are certainly visible now and I feel very healthy. My goal was to lose about 4 inches off my waist, dropping from 34 to 30 inches. Dr Google suggests that to lose one inch of fat around your waist requires losing about 4Kg, so losing 4 inches = 16Kg, and I've dropped 13 Kg so far and my waist is now 31 inches.
I'd love to share photos of my toned and sexy body, but I have some 'secret' tattoos on my stomach area which I prefer not to show!!
