    Fruit for breakfast (seeing as this is for the long haul) with mackerel on toast.

    I'll change out the larb moo lunch (it's not that nice) for roast chicken with all the trimmings, including loads of peas and sprouts and a couple of roasted sausages.

    For dinner it will still be steak and kidney pie with mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Apart from my mum's, my own pie is the best I've ever tasted.

    3 meals a day for like, thats tough but I'd be doing something like.

    Breakfast - Mcdonalds.
    Lunch - Subway.
    Dinner - not a meal I eat so wont be starting now.

    I like issan larb moo (or namtok moo) with lots of lime and a good helping of phet - on fresh white bread and butter! Or a fresh white crunchy baguette.
    My wife thinks I'm nuts.

    Thai/ farang baah fusion food... its up there with fresh crayfish on white bread

    Yeh, larb gai or moo on bread is nice! When you're in darkest Isaan, any change from sticky rice is quite welcome.

    My missus got a request for a Pad Krapow sausage roll yesterday so she will give it a go.

    Her Massaman chicken pies are a hit.
