I'm a little surprised about the reaction this is getting on YouTube. I'd say this is par for the course in the greater Vancouver area whether it's chilliwack abbotsford or Surrey. The biggest past time for young teens growing up in the suburbs is getting drunk. And when you get your driver's license , reckless driving becomes a big past time.

It's probably more like this in everyone's area at least in north America than ppl realize

I'll grant though , in the late 90's and early 2000's , there was almost no druggies and hobos around. I remember getting pissed wandering around these areas and not running into one druggie. Now that's completely changed.

One of my best friends lived in abbotsford. In the early 90's , there was a fair bit of street fights. Gen X'ers were a rough bunch. We never fucked with them.

No it isn't. Metro Vancouver doesn't go east of Langley or Maple Ridge. Even Abbotsford isn't considered part of it.

If you Google Tim Bachman, you'll find that he has some affiliation with Chilliwack. People usually don't just fucking "make shit up". Jesus Christ. Obviously Simpson knew that and he got that mixed up with where the band was actually founded.

I googled him. Absolutely nothing about Chilliwack on his wiki and the only affiliation I could find with Chilliwack was him appearing in court there on sex charges. Long after BTO was formed. You're making shit up again.

Chilliwack is a Canadian rock band centred on the singer and guitarist Bill Henderson. They were active from 1970 to 1988; Henderson reformed the band in 1997.
