All these certificates.... What is the most useless certificate that you have genuinely been awarded? (not bought on Khao San Road)

I can offer:

A certificate from the Phuket Tourist Police for being a smart alec and sorting out their crap radio comms coverage in Patong.

A certificate as a qualified Montessori Bambini teacher/nappy changer
