You bring the eu into everything.
You bring the eu into everything.
I must be missing something, didn't you just change it a few months back? Do the same thing.
He's a bit grump bacause the test match is over in 4 days.
^^Well, your lifestyle seems pretty enviable, jp, and like the vast majority of posters I think ‘good for you’.
I can’t for the life of me think why Willy might believe I’m ‘jealous’ of him, though.

Warning: Be cautious if you are a fragile pink
Umm…OK, I guess that’s a good thing, whatever the fuck it means.
So your claim was based purely on the completely imagined picture you have of me, and had nothing to do with your actual lifestyle.
That actually makes sense…thanks for the clarification.
How’s the weekend in the birdcage been?
I’ve got better things to think about, tbh.
Until you claimed I was jealous of you.
So yeah, that kind of made me form a mental picture of ‘where you are’, so to speak.
And after possibly a whole minute of reflection the claim had become more absurd by the second.
And then there was the ‘old’ charge.
Being clearly a bone idle fuck, you’re relying too much on fanny’s material.
It hasn’t worked for him, so if I were you I’d either take a new tack or just target me on another issue, ‘cos I can fkin guarantee that nobody envies you here. ;-)
You’re a bit too thick to explain things further, tbh.
Ya know Cy, I just post like others do on their slice of life here. Its how I am living, things I do, the work etc. I have my shit days and good days like everyone else and I never call living here "Paradise" or "Living the dream". I also do not think anyone posts to make others jealous (at least I don't). This is an open forum so we should expect a varying cross section of people from hard core rural to big city folks and everywhere in between. It is what makes it interesting.
Regardless, we are all here (the ones that actually live in Thailand ) for our own reasons and on our own terms. For me, its always been about whatever works and makes one happy. I would gladly share a beer or shot at my place with most any of the TD members just to say Hello. The drink might be at the gate just to make sure they really aren't that odd duck though and if Mendy came, he would have to wear socks and shoes and no silk wicking shorts.... That said though, in my travels here I have found most expats that I have met, both socially and business wise were very....how can we say....."Unique" bunch.
Anyway. Back to Dr. Willy and wanting a name change.
^^and ^^^ Lol. No Jesus Sandals for Mendy, then!
Perhaps he should stick to the British stereotype & wear socks + sandals.
@stumpy - I don't think you're bragging when you post about your house, pool or dogs. I also think that your daughters are lovely (based on pics). It's good they got good genes from their Filipina mom. Cheers!
^^^ you're not wrong Japper ref odd expats, i avoid them when possible and have lived a many different coutries and across most of them and in probably more than 20 years i could could count on less than the number of fingers a Forest of Dean resident has as ones i'd consider anything more than a passing hello. A bit sad really
@ Katie - socks and sandles. Outrageous 1970s stereotype
Can we get back to my well deserved and simple request for a nic change, not even really a change just a slight amendment really. Who do I need to ask?
