I have a question which I didn't see listed. What happens, exactly, if I test positive on the first test in BKK?

You will be quarantined and retested until you are given the all clear. Probably in a quarantine facility or hospital/hospitel.

"She said these Thais will be treated like other people arriving in Thailand from the 45 low risk countries and Hong Kong who, however, must have been fully inoculated with recognised vaccines at least 14 days before their arrival and have passed a RT-PCR test no more than 72 hours before boarding their flights. Foreign tourists, however, must have at least three million baht health insurance cover during their stay in Thailand. "

As AO said way back, the fuckwits can't even get schools open. Now the no bullshit absolutely sure I Nov school opening for 2 granddaughters has been changed to a new date to be determined.

You can tell she's reading off an old songsheet as it's 63 countries now and Covid insurance up to $50K.

The Bt3M is the new requirement for some O-A holders.

That's what the wife and I plan to do...we're planning for a hopeful April visit.
