    Eating spiders while you sleep?

Living in Thailand we all know that the beasties get inside the house on a regular basis, but the spider eating thing was a bit far fetched to me. Ive had the small scorpions inside the house, even lucky enough to spot one under a pillow when we moved it to lay a small child down to sleep.
But the spider thing always seemed a bit too gross.
I did have a huntsman spider the size of a small hand crawl over my foot and then up the lounge onto the wall once, and I moved pretty fast the moment i laid eyes on it, even the Chainrite took 3-4 solid sprays to stop it jumping around.
The reason I decided to post this thread is because I see tiny little spiders smaller than a mosquito dropping from the ceiling quite often, One just moments ago was coming down in between my face and the laptop screen, it was just my breath through my nostrils that blew it away, and the fact that i happened to be able to see it at that particular time that I may have swallowed it unknowingly, if I had breathed in.
So I guess that out of pure coincidence and timing that chances are that I eat spiders when I sleep.

Why did you kill the huntsman spider? It's a beautiful and harmless spider. I have many inside my house which catch flies.

I forgot to mention that it stole my pork chop off the table.

And my uthinasia was much more humane than what may have happened, being filled with eggs and left to die a slow death from the inside out by the lavae eating your soft tissue first then slowly making their way to one eye socket at a time X 8.

Found a pic of what that Huntsman looked like with the tiger stripes, When I said the size of a small hand I wasn't exaggeration 9 inch leg span would be accurate, Found a couple of tidbits of information today about Huntsman spiders.

The giant huntsman spider is the largest member of the family Sparassidae, boasting a 30 cm (12 in) leg-span, and 4.6 cm (1.8 in) body-length
The giant huntsman spider is found in Laos,[3] and is believed to be a cave dweller because of its pale colour < yeah ok I live in Northern Thailand.
    Huntsman Spider Bite Symptoms

The huntsman spider’s venom can immobilize its prey and this helps to digest its food. Swelling, nausea, headache, vomiting and heart palpitation are some of the effects of its bite on humans. You can place cold packs to ease the swelling and pain but if some symptoms don’t disappear, call the doctor immediately. It is also beneficial to identify the kind of spider that bit you, to give you the right cure
