    ^that store isn't size-ist. Good on them!

Kudos to the peeps on this thread who are trying to become healthier.

My BMI ranges from 20.3 to 21, depending on the time of day / week, so it's still normal. At my heaviest last year, my BMI reached 23 - pandemic weight gain. I've since lost most of it. I'm not thin (and not aiming to be as thin as my uni days - my BMI then was 19), but am trying to be on normal weight levels for health reasons, because I've got bad genes (hypertension/ diabetes). I've just finished a 1-hour brisk walk - I try to do it daily (weather permitting). Cheers all!

Gird your loins lardies and don't be disheartened by this flagrant flaunting of youthful nubility.

Katie is rubbing your face in her BMI-busting buns with these cross-country-trekking fitness-fanatic numbers.

@looper - when my BMI was 23, I definitely felt chubby. My office clothes hardly fitted me. Since I don't want to buy a new wardrobe, it's better for me to lose weight. Asian people have smaller bones. An Asian lady whose BMI is 24/ 25 is definitely pudgy.

I tried intermittent fasting for a bit last year. I lost some weight, but couldn't keep it up. I constantly thought of food during the fasting periods. What surprised me was that I lost a few kilos without really dieting. My food intake was the same (still ate rice & other carbs) but with the increased exercise, I was able to lose a bit.

I'm trying to get my elder sister to lose weight since we have the same bad genes (she's on the chubby side) but it's a sensitive topic.

    Good morning to all.

Eighth day I think, down to 85.1kg, so a 3.1kg loss.

It's mixed news from the Diggler Camp. Excessive weights training and a broken toe to hamper cardio sessions, along with a day job, kids and alcohol has seen me break even on the scales at 86kg. Although I weighed in at 84.5 when I god back from the rig.

However I feel great and have lost fat for sure.

There is still time however, and cycling shall resume shortly. I've not thrown in the towel yet but may need to find a more heavyweight opponent than Iceman. Here's lookin at you, Mendip, how you getting on? Could have been a contender.

Cheddo was just about out of the running this time last week, before fuxing both her wrists while going arse over temple on the bike. Haven't been able to cycle or do weights since.

Would throw in the towel if I was able to lift one.

Good luck everyone those weasal coffee enemas are nothing compared to cutting out the snacks, no biscuits, cakes just fruit and on Sunday 1 square of Ritter Sport. Also quit sugar in the coffee.

I've never heard so many excuses... worse than the missus on a Saturday night...

I'm avoiding all the bad foods and still using the gym every day... well most days since we've been getting a lot of bad weather lately and it's impossible to stay on the treadmill... and I'm still hampered by not having a left big toe nail and a right big toe nail that's gradually peeling off. It doesn't help that the sole came off one of my trainers either.

But despite all this I reckon the pie could be mine!

This is the first summer in decades where I have ended up over 200 pounds. Torn rotator cuff in February and all the forest fire smoke kept me off the mountain bike so the weight came on.

Rejoice lads I'm the biggest loser in life if not the weightossers championship , I yeiled to your superior willpower/lying.
For depsite losing 20% of buddy mass and that 44 kg wasn't her indoors.

I shall have to console myself to my miserabled existence the daily grind of sex, sunshine and Singha, oh to be on Mersey sildes where the gals are lippy and yield at the chippy while the lads steal your wheels.

Gnoshing Tezza for elevnses never a good idea, at least with Neverna she rinses her Tenas, it's enough to make you spit.

I have given up on Sepetmber and am cooking triple fried Prawn rings to go with my battered mango and the picee de resistance a Bucket Size Spunk and Kidney Pie with a jus reduction of Red Spy and 3in1 sourced from one of Slyam's few Austrlaian rug smugglers not in the cabinet
