It's very true. I've built a home gym which is mostly weights so if I do it right I would actually gain weight but I plan to double up leg days with cardio in the form of mountain biking. If I ever get home!
Plan of action here is skipping rope and 5k runs in the rubber trees out back until I get home and cycling + home gym which is just a weights bench, cross trainer, chin-up/knee-up frame, dumbells, kettlebells and as of course my trusted skipping rope.
I'm really tempted to buy a Wahoo Kickr bike and get in on the Zwift action, but it's nae cheap.
Might make a return tot eh hash runs if it starts up agean.
