Thread: Extreme fatigue and exhaustion the day after sex.

The day after intercourse, I can barely function. Extreme fatigue and exhaustion sets in for the whole day. Its like a hangover. It reminds me when i used to drink and work the day after. You just have to mentally motivate yourself to get through the day. And at the end of the day, you barely understand how you got through it.

Its normal to feel sleepy right after. But this is the next morning and through the whole day.

Anyone else have this ? It started happening in the last 6 months. Is this what its like getting older ?

Have you tried taking zinc and vitamin B complex ? Give it a go...
