What to do with a retired BBQ...

Throwing it out seems a bit unceremonious.

I feel it deserves to be out to pasture for posterity, or on exhibit as a historic artifact.

But, admittedly, it didn't have a gaping big hole in the bottom of it.

^^ Please don't throw it out Looper, send it up. That would make a great defacatory receptacle for my inlaws. It has the advantage of a hole in the middle.

Yeah, he was a Sam Lor peddler down by Warrorot Market. Always cool to watch the old ladies being taken home by these guys early in the morning.

There's roadworks in Korat at the moment, reducing four lanes to one. This did nothing to cheer me up on the school run at 7:30am this morning.



On the plus side, on the way hone in the afternoons I cut through the old city and most days we see monitor lizards along the southern leg of the city moat.

Strictly speaking I didn't take these pics as I was driving, my daughter did but she used my phone.



I would guess the largest one was 4 or 5 feet long. There's three in this picture.

I count two of the lizards... is the third one just peaking out under the big black pipe?
