A Hells Angel I knew back in the day had two trained Akitas outside his bar in the Amsterdam coffee house/red light District.

Around here one thing that marks the changing seasons is the colour of the paddy fields as the rice ripens. Mostly sticky rice in these parts. Perhaps one or two more weeks before cutting starts. The farmers are hoping for no late storms this year.
