Ominous clouds bearing down after a week of blue skies
Took the camera down for the full moon rise and it was clouded out to the east
Nice sunset to the west

Beautiful pics and beaches there, Looper! Hope all is well!
Cherry Blossoms.. I was surprised to see them here in Ottawa. This is something I'd normally see in Asia.
White ones too
It was difficult to get all three in one frame (they play a lot). Two of the fawns are twins……
Feeding time feathered stampede...
Tiny Thai Lady brought her niece...
Down to the lake to feed the geese...
She dropped down to 38kg during her covid convalescence but has now bounced back to a fat-bottomed 45
^ He doesn't look full silverback like Mendy.
Just as well as hard to tell where the back stops and head begins.
I've been conned before.
^^ Dill and Mendy opened their barge-athon thread already?
How the hell have I become involved in this thread?
^^no idea but i'm not comfortable with blokes fantasying over me either.
I climbed up the hill in Stavros, Crete a couple of days ago to see the Neolithic cave scratchings. A great view, alas the caves are full of shit. Unless the bats have learned to use wetwipes to clean their arses, I'm guessing it's all human, too.
stavros is "famous" as the location for the dance scene in Zorba the Greek: the black and white film your granny watched in the 1960s doing her crochet. It's a mediocre beach, by Cretan standards, with several even more mediocre tourist trap restaurants - all with posters and stills of the film.

Blokey catching fish using the famed TeakDOOR Mendy-net, as modelled by the nice young Chinese lady last year.
This lady had a white burka wrapped tight like bandages. She looked like an Egyptian mummy.
Was their fishing trip as successful as Mendips
That pool casting scene and subsequent swallow dive/belly flop from his dingy was priceless!
Nice one mate, you back in Blighty for a Summer holiday?
down the platform to catch the overnight train down south...I think there is a new station now at Bang Sue (?)...
I love that overnight train,
south village - passing thru on a late arvoo putt around on the honda wave...
