It is on a small sub-soi off Sukhumvit Soi 22 across from the Holiday Inn. My understanding is while Too Easy is on life support, if life returns to normal within a reasonable time period it could survive.

They sure were. Like the day I had a serious sense of direction failure on the way to the 5 Star Soi Cowboy from SFB's bar so you could do a bit of drum playing.

I've been in To easy bar twice. The first time I staggered in by accident and found a lively group of jovial chaps who invited me to help them eat a cheese and salami platter
TD got mentioned and we had a right old natter. Memories a bit furry now but I think I met Thaipom and smug farang bore that night. A couple of years later I popped in to find the bar whisper quiet with only a few staff and an English bloke who introduced himself as the owner and was missing a leg due to a recent amputation. Who was that I wonder? My memory's definately not as good as LT,s

Jeez, beer really dies destroy memory cells.

The Bar is (when it is allowed to open) on Sukumvit Soi 22 and nowhere near Patpong. I am still kicking and as Smug mentioned in the UK at the moment. El Gibbon who was on here in the early 201x's lost his battle with the Bog C late last year in the USA.

Freed...^^Yes Taffy has gone to the big Washington Square in the sky....
Not sure exactly how old he was but mid 70s I'd say.
He went in to hospital with Covid and never came out. Though I'd say the way he lived had more to play in his eventual passing than the actual covid.

I'll report any more info as n when I get it.

A bear of a bloke. Some loved him and some hated him but he was a part of a time we will sadly never see again....

I never knew Taffy, but curiosity got the better of me one time and I visited The Hairy Pie Club.

It typified all that was rotten about British low rent booze and meathead culture combined with the worst of the Thai sex for sale lifestyle.

Only a UK citizen could shamelessly manage and promote such a tawdry venue, a venue that catered solely to the lack of taste, morals and sophistication of its gutter dwelling patrons.
