Thread: Mod Question

I've received a "Unapproved Visitor Message" which when I opened it appears in possibly Vietnamese. At the bottom it says This message has been moderated. How do I delete/get rid of it?

Do you really expect the mods to answer you? LOL

There was a similar thread last year. No mod answer as far as I can see.

By the way, in your user control panel you can turn off Visitor messaging.

I got the same message. Some nutter playing around.

I received the same. When opening the message I noticed a link at the bottom right to 'moderation tools'. When selected it gives the options 'delete', 'approve', 'unapprove' or something like that.
I selected delete and the message disappeared.
However on closing and then reopening the window it's back

when you go to the message , in the bottom right above the mod options is a little checkbox - tick it

select from mod options delete , and on the next page click delete
