80's Norco. Those exact decals and handle grips. Doubt I had numbers matching padding though. Mine had coaster brakes. Way better for skidding

That is beautiful bike with the banana seat . It definitely deserves motorcycle notice playing cards.

Those ones with a shift lever mounted in the center of the handle bar ?

We found an old bike , had to be from 60's.. It sounds like what you are describing. It was red and a 3 speed

I vaguely recall it being an Archer selector for the right thumb.
