    80's Norco. Those exact decals and handle grips. Doubt I had numbers matching padding though. Mine had coaster brakes. Way better for skidding

    We found an old bike , had to be from 60's.. It sounds like what you are describing. It was red and a 3 speed

    I vaguely recall it being an Archer selector for the right thumb.
