Now we all need to use the word 'black' with a capital 'B'. The word 'white' doesn't require capitalisation...

So it's because black isn't a colour, and white is, thus calling someone black is calling them colourless, because black isn't a colour, but 'people of colour' is okay, even though white is a colour but they are not people of colour?
