We got our Moderna Vaccine booster shot Friday , and did a bit of sight seeing in Bangkok .
No adverse reaction for either one of us, just a bit of pain in the arm for less than a day.

Anyone says anything about my skinny legs.... well nothing I have not heard before. All I can say is jealousy is unbecoming.

If you are still there go to the early morning market and buy a sack or two of those baby cucumbers, ones that are starting to go off and they can't sell - cost pennies. Then take them later on to the Elephant camp on outskirts and spend a happy 1/2 hour feeding the pachyderms - great fun.

    Thank you for that tip.
No longer there. We went back home last night . Big mistake being a four day weekend because of fathers day. took us an extra our to get home. We did stop by the elephants and the girls feed the elephants with food we bought there.
Your suggestion is a very good one, I will certainly do that next time we go there.

Nice one. i haven't been for over 10 years and they didn't sell food to feed them then and we asked if we could bring some to feed them. If there are babies around its fun if they are running around, they can be really cheeky.

Though she does have good posture, what you see there is an attempt to be close enough to feed the elephant, while staying as far away as possible . LOL

Except the chances of vaccinated people getting infected and the level at which they get infected in a breakthrough means the unvaccinated are the major problem.

    So hard luck.

No vaccine passport - do quarantine.

Post September 24th 2021, it appears that the number of unvaccinated, compared to the sum of the vaccinated (one jab + 2 jab) cases, have been less.

The last week 20 - 26 Nov 2021, there have been 6,497 unvaccinated patient cases, compared with 11,203 vaccinated (one jab + 2 jab) patient cases.

Out of the total number of patients cases of 17,700, 4,497 (38%) were unvaccinated and 62% were vaccinated (one jab + 2 jab).

Which since September 24th 2021 to date, by the reported numbers, appears to be the trend .

Or does Scotland's population, have some special reasons for the "anomaly"?

Missing the fucking point by a mile as usual.

It's mostly the unvaccinated putting the load on health services, getting sick and dying.

Which is the primary concern of every government.

These c u n t s are taking up hospital beds and occupying medical staff when they could easily avoid it.

If conditions were the same then so should be the response, but conditions change. The proportion of vaccinated changes, the virus changes and economics change. In addition responsibilities change. you can not hold someone responsible the same when they do something the first time as when they do something the third time.
When your child does something you don't like you tell them to stop, If the don't stop you give them a warning, if the do not heed the warning then you punish them.

    FYI:

For a limited time, you can get a free e-vaccine passport — for international travel — on the Mor Prom app.

The gf called me yesterday morning: "Do you want a Pfizer booster? If so, come now."

So I trotted promptly over to the small health clinic in the area of her office. After my experience of the first jab, which involved two failed attempts and then 4 hours in a queue at the main vaccination centre I kept my expectations low.

In the event, there was only one young lad getting jabbed when we turned up. We followed him and it was all done in a few minutes. Yesterday evening it showed up on MorProm. Good result.

A much more painful arm than I had after either AZ jab, otherwise okay after 22 hours. I was told "No alcohol today" which I thought I could manage. Last night the gf explained that I had misunderstood, due to the pathological inability of Thais to speak final /z/ sounds, what I had actually been told was "No alcohol two days." Otherwise I am fine.

Now, I have already booked and paid for a private Moderna booster in March 2022. Does anyone know if it wise or unwise to take a fourth jab?

Booster cant hurt but i suspect that the timing drives maximum immune response. 6 months was the uk advice pre-omicron but that was reduced to 3 months so i'd say march would be ok

Question, When applying for the international passport my nationality is Thai. Can I update that to correct on my own? Also do you need to upload a scan of your passport in the passport choose file option? Thanks.

    I just done mine.

Go to COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate on the app first, then take a screen shot.

Take a photo of your passport information page.

Attach the photo to the choose file option (first one) then attach screenshot to the first of the next 3 choose file option boxes. leave the other 2 blank.

My request was accepted, but I don't know it was approved for a few days.

Says it's only free til the end of the year. I chose to receive mine by QR code.

    Hope that helps.
