If you haven't done so, and you've had your jab, please update the poll at the top.

Note that Sinopharm and Sputnik do not qualify you for 7 days ASQ on entry to Thailand.

    Sinovac does.

So I git my second shot of Pfizer last Tuesday. I was told that the second shot is Usually a little more symptomatic, but aside from a little arm pain for less than a day, i had no other problems.

Remember you don't hit full immunity for 14 days.

Had my second shot of Sputnik V this morning- I can't be sure, but I feel my arm aches less than last time. A vaccines go it was near to painless, just the usual short sharp scratch. Strict lockdown was canceled. Not really much cause for celebration when one considers that lockdown suicide was claimed more people in UB than COVID.

Last night was strange and one for the books. About 40 mins after closing my eyes the vivid dreams started, this was followed by chills, an ache in both knees and a mild fever. Still feeling pretty trash this morning. I also felt very anxious and on edge last night, which is very unusual for me. Still sounds a lot better than a heavy dose of Covid.

A lot of Covid vaccines have been donated to Laos - Sinovac, Sputnik, Covax etc. So far, these have only been used in the capital Vientiane. I'm hoping that in the next few weeks, provincial cities will be on the list.

The only reason why I'm keen to get a jab is purely to enable me to travel to other countries in the future. I'm fairly confident that my good health level would see off the Covid-19 virus without bad effects.

My 21 year old stepson got his first Moderna shot 6 days ago and woke up today with what has been coined Moderna Arm! His lymph node nearest the injection site is quite swollen and his arm is sore. This side effect apparently shows up about a week after the vaccination and shows that the body is developing antibodies. My wife and I had virtually no reaction. Young folks seem to be reacting more to the Moderna vaccine than older folks.

Got my second jab of Pfizer, now I'm a fully patched up member. No issues, feeling no different than after the first.

Wait 14 days then do an antibody test.

Then when someone who's had the chinky shit walks past....

Yeah, explain that to immigration when you tell them you've had the Russian shit and you want a 7-day quarantine.

    ^^Is it though?

Maybe Harry knows, but how effective is the pfizer vaccine after one dose? They are waiting four months now in Canada to give the second dose.

These variants at least in my country are killing young people now in good health. We have all three variants in my country on the rise. Now I'm reading that the vaccines may not work against some of the variants esp the South African one.

I'm sure you'll be okay, but I'm not sure this thinking is foolproof! All the best, Simon.

Why not add to the list "who will not take any?"
or ''who will wait to see the effects"

We know who will not take any, and they are already feeling the effects of having been dropped on their heads one too may times as infants .
